Shipping Details
We offer domestic and international delivery services both via Pos Laju Malaysia. Pos Laju Malaysia is a next day delivery service and it makes delivery on Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays.
Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact info@celynda.com

a. Domestic Delivery
Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:
West Malaysia – Start from RM10
Sabah & Sarawak – Start from RM15
b. International Delivery

Only defect or wrongly received items are eligible for exchange. Exchange only to same design.
Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, exchange will be accepted and allowed for defective items only within 3 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.
During peak season (Ramadhan), exchange of defective items are not applicable via shipping. Exchange of defective items are only available at Celynda HQ subject to availability.
However, customers are advised to notify us at info@celynda.com by quoting the order number and the product details.
Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-refundable. Customers have to make sure the measurement of every part of the body fit the measurement of the given sizing chart because HQ does not entertain any exhange due to sizing mistake by customers.
